Our company, Drawy Me, covers all import duty charges to all countries worldwide, so you do not get any unexpected surprises after you have ordered from us. Simply order and enjoy your product when it arrives, we got you covered!
We process orders between Monday and Friday.
*The hand-drawing turnaround is 2-5 working days depending on revision times.
*The production time is 5-7 working days and shipped the next business day after processing.
*Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
*Below are our estimated shipping times:
USA: 7-12 working days.
Canada: 15-17 working days.
Australia: 13-16 working days.
UK: 8-10 working days.
EU: 7-15 working days.
Rest of world:13-20 working days.

When you order, please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
Please fill in all your address details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will not process your request to avoid complications. Please make sure you place orders for Holiday/Event Products (e.g. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas or other holidays) at least 30 days prior to the date to avoid delays in delivery.
Lost Stolen or Undelivered Packages
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

If the items you order from us are personalized which means that they are made just for you. That's why we cannot use them for other customers and hence you cannot just return because you no longer need the product.
If the items you order from us are normal designs, you can return within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also be in the original packaging. You will pay the shipping cost when sending the items back to us.
For exceptions to this, please refer to our 'Refunds Policy' below.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and DOES NOT cover:
Damage caused by accident
Normal wear and tear
Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.
If you feel that the product you have purchased does not reflect what you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You Can Get A Full Refund
Please Note: The refunded amounts will appear in your account within 14 business days after we issue them. Check with your bank or financial institution if you have any questions.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This excludes damaged or low quality items for which the return shipping costs will be covered by Drawy Me.
Damaged or Low Quality Items
If you receive a damaged or inferior quality item, follow these steps for fast resolution:
Step 1: Take a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. For optimal results, take the pictures by placing the item on a flat surface, with the tag and damage/error clearly displayed.
Step 2: Email our Customer Service team with your claim and detailed description of the damage/error. Attach the photographic evidence.
Step 3: Return the item to our address, which will be provided through our customer service email. When the item arrives, we will issue the refund to you.
