Yes, we can. In fact, we often create portraits of pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge and can include angel wings or any detail you want in the portrait.

We always send a preview with all personalized products to ensure that you are happy with the result. You also get FREE unlimited revisions - we'll work with you until you're 100% happy with the result.

Yes, you can, please read the below options:
1. Cancelling Orders that have not been shipped out yet
If you are cancelling an order that hasn't bee shipped out yet, kindly contact us via the Contact Us page no later than 6 hours after your purchase. For a quick resolution, please include your order number. We will not accept any cnacellation requests placed more than 6 hours after your purchase.
2. Cancelling a Shipped-out Order
We will not accept any cancellation requests for orders that have been shipped out. All your items are personalized so we cannot accept any returns that are due to you just changing your mind as we cannot re-sell them to other customers.
Yes, you certainly can. When you place your first order in Drawy Me we will add you to the "Returning Customer Reward" program which gives you 30% discount + Free Shipping for lifetime.
Therefore, we can use your artwork on any additional products that you fancy ordering. You can even choose a different background from your previous order or require other modifications.

Of course! You have three options:
Option 1: Upload as many as you want when you place your order.
Option 2: If you want to send additional photos after placing orders, just reply to the order confirmation email and attach the extra photos.
Option 3: Email us the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and always quote your order number so that we can give them to the artist creating your customised product.

If you order multiple items, some of them might ship separately due to the following reasons:
1. We have different print partners so the shipping will depend on which partner is printing your item/s.
2. Some products have longer production time so shipping dates might be different.
3. We want to ensure you get your order quickly, so we always ship any item that's ready.
Yes, we ship worldwide and will make sure to reach you wherever your location might be.
We believe everyone, regardless of location, should be able to get a one-of-a-kind Drawy Me product with their own portrait, or their pet on it and for that reason we ship to over 90 countries.

Shipping to certain countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and EU is free since 2021. For the rest of the world the fee is $25 (£18.99). Please check our Shipping Cost & Timing Page for more details.
You will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been shipped. Simply go to the order tracking page, enter the code and start monitoring the progress of your orders.

All our products are shipped from the USA and China.
Depending on the product type, order volume, material status, labor status and other factors, your orders will be created either in the USA or China and shipped from our respective warehouses.
Regardless of where your products ship from, they will arrive to you in mint condition and we guarantee you the best quality possible.

If you need to change your shipping address once you've placed your order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. Write "Shipping Address Change" as the subject of your email so it will go to the right department and we can process it as fast as possible.
Please be advised that we cannot change your shipping address after the order has been shipped.
Our Upload Photo button allows you to upload as many photos as you want.
Please make sure your photos are of high quality and all pets and/or humans that you want included in the artwork are visible .
If you want to make any changes to your order you must do so no longer than 6 hours after it was placed. Keep in mind that we send your photo uploads to our artists directly after you made your purchase! Any adjustment required longer than 6 hours after the order was place might not be considered.
The same rule applies if you want to cancel an order. Any cancellations requested later than 6 hours after the order was placed will be liable for a $6 art fee as we've already started working on your order. If you send us an email but do not receive a reply within 30 minutes, please do not worry. We will get back to you and honour the timestamp on the email.
If your order includes the option "Including Digital Files", you will get your digital files when you approve our art after the revision.
The turnaround for hand-drawing art is 2-3 days depending on revision times.
We highly recommend that you send us photos that have been taken in well lit rooms or on a sunny bright day outside so we can catch all the details. Also, aim at only sending photos on which you and your pet are either sitting or standing up. Please see our Photo Guide for more inf ormation.
